Do not place your rental property with these people if you don't want it destroyed. We paid them a 10% Management Fee and ended up with tenants who turned off the central heating, used a kerosene stove indoors, ruined the walls, rugs, and window blinds. It cost us $4,000 to repair and when we asked Odom why she hadn't made a 6-month inspection, she replied that "tenants don't like to be disturbed". more

I’ve bought two houses here in Sumter, and I used Century 21 Hawkins and Kolb both times. I wouldn’t have been a repeat customer if the service wasn’t impeccable. Both experiences I had were absolutely wonderful. The staff and agents are dedicated to making selling and buying a home (I’ve used them to both buy two houses and sell one) as easy and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in buying a home. It's perfect. more
