Centro Basco fed and housed the Basque sheephearders that used to use the hills of Chino before suberbia moved in. You are served family style as much as you care for of home made soup, salad, picked tongue--try it, it's very good, tomato and cheese, a pasta and THEN your main course. On weekends, in the old dining room promptly at 7 they serve family style on long tables all that come for less than $10. The decor is awful, the service from family members good and a chance to eat in the manner that is long forgotten here and hard to find even in Basque country at home. Please try it, it is a special place!
Pros: old world food, unique meal, huge portions
Cons: , out of the way locale
