They were prompt in coming out to repair my appliance. Their service call and diagnostic was within reason $70-$80, but the small part they replaced, a simple fuse that took less than 10 minutes to replace, cost me another $100 ! They said they use a standard repair pricing book, but I find it hard to believe it would cost that much exta for a cheap part and 10 minute job. I have given them business in the past but will look elsewhere from now on. more

Stay away 11/20/2011

I used this company a few times since 2007, and the service has really gone down hill. I bought one appliance here and several service calls, and then switched to another company that offered better service and a better attitude. I gave a one star rating because a zero star option is not available. The attitude in the store is ...take it or leave it, we really don't care, and the the service call guy is just as bad. Central Coast Appliance 11/14/2005

They not only have an array of appliances to choose from but they also do repairs as well. We had a problem with our dryer about six months ago and they sent someone out right away to look at it. It sure didn't take him long to figure out what the problem was. He fixed it within the hour and I have not had a problem with it since. They do offer a wonderful selection of appliances and the friendly staff there are more than ready to help you out in finding just the right one for you. more
