I have a Sheltie that had benign tumors growing in his eyelids, causing him discomfort. I inqired as to what would be required to remedy the situation and I was given a price, and they stuck to that price. Additionally, Dennis Dugger, the specialist for eye surgery there, came out front and explained the entire procedure and what would be expected of me after the surgery. The explanation was given in terms that a layman could understand--he was NOT condescending and did not try talking 'over your head' in medical terminology. He was thorough in the explanation, including the suturing methods and suture materials used, as well as the care of the eyes and sutures during the healing process.
Also, Dennis made it clear that if there were ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER, if there was ANYTHING that I didn't feel was quite right, BRING HIM IN IMMEDIATELY at NO EXTRA CHARGE and he would take care of it, 24 hrs a day.
And there was NO EXTRA CHARGE for removing the sutures.
These folks also saved his life when he ingested several bars of mouse poison.
I am eternally grateful to everyone at this establishment and give them my highest, ULTIMATE RECOMMENDATION! They are the best and I will continue to entrust the life of my Sheltie to them forever!
