Central Texas Power Washing

Clayton did some power washing for me around my house and he did a super job! I was very pleased with his work and his price was very reasonable. He even did extra items that I asked him to do that wasn't part of his original bid and he did them all without charging me. I think Clayton is a great guy and I will definitely hire him again when I need some more cleaning done!!! I will recommend him to all my friends and family too! Clayton arrive at my home when I called service magic for someone to put a concrete sealer, Clayton decided he want to add to the project by saying he has to powerwash the area first. Which I felt it was needed but not necessary. The bill was pretty high the estimate was almost 1000.00 for the powerwashing and sealer. He lied about the amount of the sealer which cost 23.00 and he said it cost him 40 dollars a gl.\r He was doing a courtyard not real big.he then finished the backyard and broke several branches of my wisteria and was not careful moving long hoses to the backyard damaged a plant behind my home. I just had my windows wash for a few hundred dollars and Clayton left them a complete muddy mess. By this time I was seriously wondering who I hired. I had to watch him closely wondering what else he will wreck.\r He kept complaining about how much money it cost him just to bring his powerwasher. He missed spots all over the front of the moldy brick and back. I still wondered why doesn't he just finish and just do the job well. He was then saying he will return the following day but he then said had a family emergency. and couldn't finish. He said he come back around 1:30 then he showed up hours later just to tell me his spout broke and he had to leave the folloing day he made another excuse of he couldn't find the concrete sealer anywhere. LITTLE DID HE KNOW I USED THE SAME BRAND AT MY OTHER PROPERTIES. Home depot carries this alot. He is seriously weird about the job he will not fiished he had excuse after excuse and the job still was not done. He is not honest and I would be very careful hiring this theif. I finally was fed up and decided to fire him before he cost me alot of money and he is not professional!! His excuses were pretty obviously he is a liar.He wanted the money but not finished the job I finlly paid for the work he only did. I had to finish the job myself and cost me way too much money for the damage he did. It was a nightmare!! NOT RECOMMENDED!
