I have never been this disappointed in an interaction with a service company. I took a Keg cooler to Central Repair 'Service" November 24th, 2008 . As of February 27th, 2009 I still do not have it back and there is not end in sight. That more than 3 months for those keeping score. Initially, I was told that the device needed a control board, but the control board was on back order and would be 6 to 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I called back and found that the part was not ordered until the 2nd week of December and told they would let me know when it came in. I waited a month and called back. They said that Danby had sent the wrong part. They again said they would call and let me know whent he part came in. I called back several times over the next couple weeks but to no avail. Then the second week of February Central Repair called and said the part was in and they wanted to scheule a time for the service tech to come to my home to install the part. I reminded them for the 3rd time the cooler was in their shop. They told me that they would let me know when the part was installed. A week went by and I received another call from Central Repair saying the part had arrived. I informed them that was the story they told me last week. They then said the tech would install by this Wednesday and they would call back by today Friday. Predictably, no call. I called them and you'll never guess!!! Danby sent the wrong part for the 2nd time, incredible, I know. At this point, Central Repair's recommendation was that I call Danby and complain. Oh and they are going to reorder the part. YEAH RIGHT! Use this company at your own risk. Pros: very friendly as they give you the run around more

Avoid them, no customer service, unable to fix anything 10/27/2008

They will tell you one thing but it never happens as they say. The repairs guys have came out twice to fix my washer but it is still not fixed. Still waiting on parts. They told me it would be fixed by the end of the week and it has been a month now. No one seems to know how long it takes for parts to arrive. Service men will tell you the parts will be ordered the same day but they are not. If it was not under warrenty I would not still be waiting. The worst part is the lying and no concern for the customer. Do not have them fix anything, who knows if they really can! Pros: Nice on phone Cons: No one seems to know what is going on there and no customer care more
