The physicians are wonderful; however, the office staff are very rude. Every time I need to call for an appointment i get transferred at LEAST Five times...each time having to explain the same thing over and over again. Today was the last straw... When I came in for my 10:30 appointment the clerk informed me the appointment was actually for 10:15 not 10:30 and I would have to reschedule. I am absolutely certain my appointment was for 10:30. I have the appointment card and had a courtesy call yesterday for my 10:30 appointment. I'm very unhappy with the Templeton office. I had taken the day off of work to make this appointment...now I have to take another day off to make the rescheduled appointment. VERY UNHAPPY!!!
