Do not Rent here 3/4/2010

I have been a customer at these apartments for 3 years. They have an automatic lease renewal program which the only forewarning you get is a little clause in the initial lease agreement. Needless to say when my lease renewed and I went in to alter to a shorter term lease, the apartment office and the corporate office did absolutely nothing to help me. I realize a mistake I made, but I am human, they are not willing to come to an arrangement around this, even though they hold the rights to ""alter the lease at any time."" Pros: Nice Aparments Cons: Poor Management more

DO NOT RENT FROM LINDSEY MANAGEMENT! 1/4/2009

I lived here for a few months and every thing was ok, until we decided to go on a vacation. We were gone for two weeks, not too long, but when we got back we had a nice surprise. A few weeks after we returned, I am sitting on my couch and hear someone trying to unlock my door. I jump up and fling the door open to find a very surprised gentleman with lease papers in his hand. They had rented MY apartment out to another person. I proceed to the management office to ask WTF. They tell me that ""someone told them I moved out."" Excuse me, but shouldn't I be the only someone that can tell you I moved out, especially since I was gone for only 2 weeks? But all my stuff was still in the apartment. They thought I left it. And my motorcycle. Apparently, I was so down on luck that I couldn't scrounge up $469 in rent in order to keep my vehicle and everything I own in this world. So we ""straightened"" this out just to get a late charge notice on our front door the next week, saying that our rent is late and that in 2 more days we will be evicted. Funny thing is we were signed up for automatic bank draft. They wanted me to pay $10 a day in late fees because they couldn't AUTOMATICALLY withdraw money from my checking account on time (which, by the way, had enough money in it to pay 5 months of rent)!! So, back down to the office I go, late notice in hand. They try to smooth things over by telling me ""we took you off draft when you moved out."" HAHAHAHAHA, yeah when I moved out. I NEVER MOVED OUT! It's called going on vacation, ever heard of it? The main reason I am writing this review is because, today I received another late notice stuck in my door. And I still have automatic draft, which they've used to take out rent 2 or 3 times since the previous mess up. There is no reason that rent should not have come out, but in two days I will be evicted, apparently. I'm supposed to be talking to the ""manager"" tomorrow. Wish me luck. Pros: A place to live? Cons: Monkeys for management more

Good Apartment 2/13/2007

Maybe not the most up to date but clean. Our furnished apartment experience here has been good so far. We've found most of the staff including maintance to be friendly, although we have met a staff member who seems to lack the ability to smile. There are a few college students, but so far we have not had any rowdy parties or problems. Good location, great pizza (Brick Oven Pizza is fantastic), good school district, sidewalks, parking spaces have not been problematic. For the price, I think this is a fine apartment complex. If you desire a more modern or high style apartment this is not it. For a moderate price this apartment provides a functional, clean, safe place. Pros: schools, resturants, price Cons: older slighty worn interior apperance more

The management was good, they are willing to work with you if you have any problems. But the overall quality of the apartment for the price you pay, I personally think wasn't worth it. Everything looks extremely cheap inside the apartment, like doors and cabinets. The fire alarm run dead and beep about every month, pet deposit is $300 and you need a doctors note, most doctors will agree its not a relavent cause to give a note for a pet. Management says you need to find a doctor that is a 'friend', which doesn't seem right. People also throw cigarette butts everywhere. Alot of college kids partying, and when you call in the middle of the night to complain about the noise they are not respectful. So I don't think your paying for what you are recieving. Cons: Crouded parking more

this is the worst apartment that i have ever seen 10/1/2005

do not choose centennial valley apartment forever. the managers are soooooo rude. they never think about the resident, and do nothing but rude. When they make a mistake, they never say sorry to the resident. And you can not believe their attitude, the way they treat the resident, that will always make you feel that you own their money. Just remember, do not choose centennial valley if they don't change the manages. Cons: worst, too bad, even worse more
