This business sold my family a device that we didn't end up using. When we tried to cancel, we were told it was all taken care of. Over $1,000 later we realized that it was never cancelled. That wasn't even the worst part of the experience. Trying to talk to someone about why this happened was the worst. Nobody knew what was going on! When I asked for a supervisor they said... ""oh, he only comes in on Friday. It's best just to write something online."" Then I got a supervisor, who sent me to another supervisor, and they just kept giving us the run around. Saying they would ""look into it"" and give us a call back - but never calling back. Just writing this to help other people - when they are a third party retailer they don't have the same requirements as Verizon. Best to find a REAL Verizon store!
