Cell Spa

Please, please, please stay away from these guys. They are scammers especially on refurbished phones which are counterfeit. I bought a so-called refurbished which worked for about month and then went bad. Called manufacturer, HTC and they confirmed product is counterfeit because IMEI # and Serial # were not valid. Called Cell Spa and after a week, was informed I need to spend the cost to purchase the phone to repair it. Normally, refurbished phone is covered under manufacturer warranty for at least 90 days; but HTC could not because product is counterfeit and Cell Spa is not a licensed dealer. Beware when the price is very attractive. more

I don't know what people are complaining about. Mo was more than helpful, and so was his staff. They sell and trade used phones, it's a business. If you don't understand that, then that's your fault. They helped me and I am completely satisfied with the service of all the employees. Instead of bashing on a company, try talking to them. If you take the low route and post negative feedback because something didn't go your way, then you're nothing more than a keyboard warrior with an inferiority complex... and that's on you. more

BUYER BEWARE: These people are scam artists. They sell refurbished and even broken products as if they were new. Drove all the way there to end up paying for a broken iPad. Don't go to this store, They are FRAUDS! more

I was shopping for a brand new phone and called them, they gave me 1 price over the phone and once I made the drive and got there, the price went up. I fussed about that but against better judgement still purchased the phone. I bought it brand new for 360.00 and when I got home I saw a gallery of old pics from the previous owner and once the battery died last night it has never charged back up. They totally in every way scammed me and took my money and wont answer my calls. Please save yourself a lot of headache and stress and go somewhere else, these guys are liars. Is an excellent place to deal with. People are very friendly and customer oriented. Got a new ipad2 cheaper than I could get any where else. Since bought iPad he made me a deal on a used phone for my child and it works great. Absolutely no problems with these guys. I read reviews and was optimistic about coming here but they all seemed to be bs reviews. Johnny boy really took care of me and I will recommend to all friends and family. went there to buy simple mobile Sim card , i asked the price the guy said 15 i said OK , then other guy come and start working to activate my new Sim card and he gave me different price , he said $20 , I told him the other guy told me 15 , then he ask him, he said yes, then he continue identify my account information , then the main guy who said 15 give me written receipt said 17,just number 17 total 17 , I told him why 17 he said with tax , you don't want pay tax,he said , i said no ,he said in front of all customers there , this is America and you have to pay tax , I told him yes i can pay when you show me original receipt explain taxes , tax $2 tax for $15 is not Texas rate ,i got mad and left , went to other store and bought the Sim card ,my bad luck simple mobile couldn't activate it ,they said some thing wrong with the system and some one mess up with your a count , I figure out he did something ,I talked to a manager and explain what happened and i report him as a dealer , that was in May -2011 I went to Tmobile store to switch to Tmobile so I can pull my number , 14 days t-mobile they couldn't;t make it works , first 3 days they said you are with Verizon not simple mobile , i called Verizon and they said your number not with us , i was in loop and can???t fine a solution , finally I called the manager in NTC in Mobile and he said you gave us wrong account number and you with Verizon I told him I called Verizon and they said no I am not with them , he said there is START WIRELESS VERIZON COMPANY , I keep GO OGLE nothing under that name , then I called the cell spa but the other location in Houston not the sugary land one,both bad same owner , I asked him he said no company like that name , i told him t mobile said I am with VERIZON and Verizon said NO , what company sell service to Verizon ,I asked , he said Page Plus singular , I called that company and found my number was transferred to them , i took the account number and gave it to Tmobile to transfer my number ,the cell spa was mad at me and he transfer my a count when I fought with him about tax to page Plus Singular , my number is active with Tmobile now ,I was a bout to lose my business number , these guys is bad people, please be a way from them ..... google them more
