Stopped in and ordered a bunch of drinks and tipped well with friends in town. Just rude bar service and somewhat surprising given how slow it was that night. Not a very clean bar. Will probably never revisit this place. Having a place in Breckenridge I'm often out around the town and really disappointed in this establishment. Bummer. First, $9 short redbull / vodkas is ridiculous.\r The female bartender in the middle bar is incompetent. A group of my friends went a few nights ago and spent a lot of money at the bar but once we asked for a glass of water (which most bars are more than willing to offer) the female bartender was too lazy to do her job or since she wouldn't get a tip for it she was just refused to move. She was so flustered that we asked for waters that she went to the other side of the bar and had her boss take care of us the rest of the night. He realized that she is not too bright and gave us shots to make up for it. Now, I don't know about you but at the end of a long night of drinking when I'm getting ready to leave a bar I don't need any more alcohol to send me on my way. recently a group of friends and I went to breckenridge to meet some other friends for new years 2006. we entered cecilia's to meet our friends, but realized within no more than 20 seconds that we had entered the wrong bar. When we explained to the bouncers and owner our mistake, they refused to give our money back. 20 bucks pp for 20 seconds.
