Celebrity Limousine

We went to Foxwoods this weekend. The car was clean, on time and didn't smell like smoke like the last limo I rented from another company. The driver was great! Thank you for a great time Celebrity Limousine!! We will be using in the future! more

We rented the 30 passenger bus they have. This was amazing! I actually but my party off for a week just so I could rent the bus. It is always booked!! This bus had a dance pole, tile floor, huge TV, great stereo system. Tyrone our driver was awesome!!!!! We went to bunch of bars got drink specials and went to Monet, they got us in for free and we skipped the huge line outside!! Thanks Celebrity Limo for such a great time!!! more

I used them for my wedding last Saturday. They were on time! The driver, I forgot his name, was very professional. The Escalade was clean and looked so good inside with the hardwood floors. The red carpet the driver rolled out for us looked great in the pictures! The champange toast was nice, it could have been a little colder. Overall they were fantastic and I would recommend them to all my friends and family! more

I am a local in this Limousine Services hometown and all of my local business associates use only Celebrity Limousine. I am actually shocked at the negative reviews on this site!!! What anyone reading these reviews does not know is... this company is sold out every weekend with over 25 Limousines! Multiply that # by the number of years they have been inn business and then take into consideration 5 negative reviews! People ""love"" to post negative reviews, but NEVER post the posotive ones. I havent used them in probably 4 months, but the 5 times I have in the last 3 years, they are by far.... the best anywhere in RI and MA. The VIP Packages they offer show they are much more than just a limousine service. Most companies are dying. These guys.... have something new going on every time I call. This comment is for all you spoiled brats who cry everytime you dont get your way! more

We rented the H2 Hummer this thing is sick!! It has 6 wheels! the floor is glass and changes colors! They told us we could get in at any strip club and providence some of them had a time restriction but we showed up at one at 1:30am and they let us in free all 17 of us. We went to like 4 clubs and pregamed at a bar on Federal Hill and got buy one get drinks! The deals alone almost covered what we paid for the limo!!! Def call them to book your bachelor party and ask about their ""VIP"" package that's what we got!! more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I should have read more reviews as well, they absolutely take advantage of you. I used them for a bachelorette party last night, my best friends one and only, and thanks to them started the night on a horrible note by leaving late because they don't know how to keep their paperwork straight. They have nice buses and our driver was really nice however the owner treats customers like crap, they overcharge and never believe them when they say they will work with you on cost and finding you a smaller bus if you have less people. The company changed our time but never informed our driver because they waited until the last minute to actually change their paperwork and our driver was late. The owner tried to blame it on me instead of taking responsibility for the disorganization of his company, and when that didn't work said that it was the driver's fault. The owner's final solution: don't tip the driver. We were even hung up on when trying to address the fact that they were late and we might miss the show we were going to. They treat their driver's horribly, they hang up on you when you are trying to address the problem and they do not return phone calls. I tried for at least three weeks prior to address the fact that our party was much smaller than anticipated (from 30 to 17 people) and to be worked with as told they would if our party size changed when we first booked the bus. They did not work with us. Phone calls were not returned and emails were not answered. Calling daily or multiple times a day does not get you a response. In all, extremely disgusted by the treatment of both the customer and their employees. A very unresponsive company who actually does nothing to accommodate their customers even when they say they will. When customers are trying to get their concerns addressed you should not hang up on them. more

I SHOULD HAVE READ MORE REVIEWS ON THEM... THEY TRICK YOU!!!!!! This company is the BIGGEST SCAM ever. I used them for my 21st birthday party... I paid them over $1200 for all these special deals they promised me. When I showed up at the club where my friends and I were supposed to get all these great things we were paying for the club manager informed me that celebrity limousine never even contacted them about my party... they also told me that this happens all the time with celebrity limousine. I was promised a ""fun young"" bus driver who turned out to be quite the opposite... he alone nearly ruined my birthday. We had to figure everything out for ourselves and ended up going to a different bar, one which celebrity had told me earlier we would get a great deal by not having to pay cover charge... turns out that bar never has a cover charge to begin with! The list of lies and disappointments from this company go on and on. Especially when I contacted them after my birthday to tell them about all the the things that they failed to provide... even though legally they had signed onto and they never even responded to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU more

the limo was late. We got a flat with no jack or lug wrench. WE had to cal AAA to get it fixed this company had no plans to do much of anything. The a/c broke on the way home 17 people in back of a hummer with no a/c and they will NOT take a call. But said IF we rent again from them then they will give us a discount because of this. We were more than 3 HOURS late going home. So we missed the next party too! They say we have to complain by e mail! I am going to small claims court for sure! more

For our wedding we booked the Lincoln Navigator with this company. We called numerous times before to make sure everything was scheduled and they confirmed it was. When the limo arrived on our wedding day it was the Hummer and not the Navigator which we had booked. I had spoken to the driver before pickup and he failed to tell me about the mistake when he had a chance. I was unable to get an explanation for the error and when I asked if I could speak to a manager the request was denied. On top of not getting the classier vehicle I signed a contract for, I received a limo that was never cleaned from the last rental. The inside was infested with fruit flies! The seats and walls were sticky and the interior smelled. I had to make him pull into a gas station while we attempted to open all the windows and doors in 90 degree weather attempting to remove as many flies as possible. It was appalling that we paid that type of money for that condition and service. I even called the company immediately after the wedding to find out how to deal with the problem and basically got the run around. I wouldn?t want this to happen to anyone else on their wedding day, so please take my advice! Plus this company has two names Entourage Livery and Celebrtiy Limo, if that isn?t a red flag that they are shady, then I don?t know what is! more

We have been using Celebrity Limousine for a weekly seminar training class for our employees and are very pleased with Celebrity Limousine. They have always been their minimum 15 minuts early. We use their Van. Its always clean. Their drivers have always been great and we are very pleased with our overall experience. We have been using Van service for 15 years straight. These guys are good. :) Pros: ON TIME more

I am very displeased with this company, I called for a car to pick us up at 2:30am for a 5:30am flight out of Logan. They told me it was a exter charge for a early morning pick up, I aggreed to pay the required fee. I was surprised when no car showed up at 2:30am, no call, I had to call them to find out the person that was assigned to this call was no where around, they had to get a car out of Logan to come and pick us up. Kevin the driver was so nice and told us the owner would make this up when we returned. On our return I had to wait again for the car to show up, all the other Limousines were parked at the airport waiting for there customers, not my service we had to wait until he arrived. This is Monday night that I am writing this complaint because no one contacted me to say they were sorry they didn't live up to the agreement we had. Its appears that customer service is not their top pirorty. Pros: Kevin the driver is greart Cons: Can't count on the car to show up on time more
