I have been a customer of Cebridge Connections since I moved to Noble, as that is the only cable company available in my area.
I have both cable and internet service through their company. I don't like their cable services, as it doesn't come in clearly most of the time, and there are not many channels offered, even with the digital cable subscription. I do, however, like their internet service. It is pretty fast, and their prices are decent.
One thing that has really impressed me with this company, and the thing that has convinced me to remain a customer, is their wonderful customer service. I have had a few problems, but every time, they have immediately addressed the problem. They send out service technicians, without you worrying about hidden charges. Their technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service reps that answer the phones are also wonderful. They always treat you as a valued customer, which seems so hard to find these days! During one period, I had a problem with my internet. They happily credited my account for the entire time that I had problems.
I have been a customer of many companies that provide these services, and Cebridge, by far, has the best service I have ever encountered.
