Years ago we dined occasionally at Cattlemans Steak house, the food was decent and it was a change from all of the other ordinary dining choices in the area. On our most recent visit, upon entering the restaurant, the first thing we noticed was an overwhelming smell of chemical, almost like bug spray. While we were eating our meal, which was tasty, a large cockroach fell off of the ceiling onto one of our plates. We notified the waitperson and they informed us that they were having a bit of a bug problem and they would let the management know. When the manager came out we were offered a replacement meal but declined it because if there were bugs in the food prep area, we didn't want it. The manager got belligerent as if it were our fault the roach was there. We were charged full price for the meals that we left and were told if we didn't like it, not to come back to the restaurant, which we won't!
