If you're at the mall anyway, may as well use that shopping trip as an excuse to treat yourself to some of the best barbecue in Texas. The menu is varied, there's something for you here even if you're not a traditional barbecue fan. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Take your bib! more

GREAT BBQ 8/21/2005

Cattle Call has become quite an Amarillo tradition. Whenever someone says "let’s go get BBQ", someone always suggests Cattle Call. They have catered several work parties and they are always well received. The plates are very hearty and the smoked sausage is awesome. They also have some real good apricot spread for the Texas Toast that comes with your meal. They have a location that is strictly drive through where you can pick up dinner for the family on the way home from work. My family loves Cattle Call! more
