I have nothing but good things to say about Cats. We had a terrible infestation of ants in my home (I live in the Monterey HIlls area). We were reluctant to spray chemicals in or outside the house, because we have small children and a very active dog. A co-worker of my husband's had recommended Cats USA Pest Control, because she too had an ant problem. We contacted Cats, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very quickly a technician came to my home, and surveyed the area. He was very through and methodical, and gave me excellent advice on preventing the pesky ants from entering my home. We also set up a schedule where he would come back to make applications to eradicate the ants. The products they use are safe, and environmentally sound, which is important because I want to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible). As I mentioned before, I have small children and a dog, and Cats has been treating my home for several years. Chemicals make me extremely nervous, so I was glad to find a company that shares my same values and uses environmentally safe products. My family has had no adverse effects from the natural products Cats USA Pest Control has applied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to get rid of pests. more

My friend told me about this company. When I asked for the estimate, They come out to my property right away. Inspector was so professional , very kind and detail. He spent about 30 minutes to check my property when other company finished in 10 minutes. He told I do not worry for next sometimes and left me a very practical advice for me to adopt. He did not make any money from me but he was so kind and professional, I definitely use this company when I need it.
