Cat's Cradle Boarding & Groom

This is in response to a negative review posted by a less than satisfied customer. You sound like the type of crazy pet owner that would be better off never taking your pets anywhere except the vet. The Cat's Cradle is an exceptional place to board your cat and the owner Jan and staff are competent and highly qualified. Your cats were probably groomed because they were covered in fleas and/or in terrible condition because of matting or similar. Everyday the cats are weighed and checked for signs of weight loss or illness. If any cat has something that seems like a serious medical problem the owner works closely and consults a local vet or the owner's vet for proper procedure. The Cat's Cradle is a very unique and wonderful place to board your precious pet cat. There are several playrooms and for the cat who prefers to be alone the kennels are very nice. Whoever you are that wrote this ridiculous review get your act together and stop spreading slanderous lies. Pros: Great place to board your cats Cons: can't think of any more

I have been boarding my cats here for 7 years and have yet to have a bad experience. My first cat, who is sadly now dead (at the old age of 16), was a little skittish and fearful whan boarding and the staff were very understanding and sweet. She got time outside the cage without having to interact with the other kitties. My new cat is little Miss chit chatty and everytime we pick her up, she's sitting in the social room in the the sun! I think it's a great experience for cats and the staff and management have never been anything but completely helpful and cat-loving! more

We have used them for 10 years with wonderful care and would highly recommend them. We had our cat there for 4 months because we had to be out of the country, and they checked on him and gave us reports. No problems with billing at all, at any time. Pros: cat's can be out of there cages Cons: none I can think of more

I would avoid this place at all costs. I used them twice to board my two animals, the first time for a stay of only a few days, and I had nothing but billing issues when I picked the animals up. The staff may say they love cats, but they sure can?t figure out how to use a calculator. I had to take this billing issue up with the owner, who was frustrated and completely put out that she had to talk to a customer. Pros: None whatsoever Cons: Your animal could get sick and die. more
