Catholic Charities offers over 30 programs throughout the 11 counties of the Diocese of Madison for persons who are facing the transitions of aging, living with a disability, struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, experiencing abuse, having marital problems, dealing with a crisis pregnancy, seeking to adopt or needing low cost housing. We provide services that effectively address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals and families. Our programs are designed to help develop self-sufficiency while protecting, preserving and promoting the individual's dignity. People of all faiths utilize our services.

We provide help and create hope through our programs:
* For aging persons: caregiver training, companion and mentor programs, respite care, All Saints Retirement Neighborhood.
* For individuals, families and children: adoption, affordable housing, family counseling, group mental health counseling, mobile food pantry, parish school counselors, pregnancy counseling.
* For persons with developmental disabilities: case management, community-based day and residential support, counseling, therapy for infants and toddlers, recreation programs.
* For persons with alcohol and drug addictions: jail diversion program, preventative programs, support and outpatient services, transitional and long term residential housing.
