I hated being here wasting my good time. I always arrive 10 minutes early, or more, for all appointments. Unfortunately not for this one even though I gave myself plenty of time. I arrived 2 minutes late because parking is impossible but they won't tell you that. The receptionist also said when she arrives early in the day it's just as hard to park. When I got there it took several minutes of waiting before the girl at the desk acknowledged me. Nobody but I, was waiting, at the time. When she did acknowledge me, she asked if I was new, which I responded to her by saying yes. She said, take a seat. I asked if they were running behind because the office was busy and she said no they were on time. 20 minutes passed and she asked if I would fill out some paperwork. I did in about 5 minutes but by then she was gone and the phones were ringing and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I left my personal information on the desk thinking someone would return soon. Not likely. My information sat and sat and sat on the open desk for another 20 minutes. Several people came and went in that time. Somer people are now being helped by a person that apparently was there from the Miami office and didn't relate or understand this offices procedure. My paperwork remained on the desk top for everyone to read if desired because nobody bothered to let me know what was going because they didn’t know. When the inept girl returned now 45 minutes in I asked again how long it would be before I saw somebody and she informed me it would be another 20 minutes, at least, before I was helped. For those of you keeping track that’s 1 hour and 5 minutes before I go into an office for consultation of a scheduled appointment. Do you want to reschedule she asked and to which I responded, if it takes this long I can't afford to. She responded by saying OK, and sat back down to do other work. I was fumming at this point but did not show them. I had driven from Boynton Beach 30 minutes away and didn't appreciate the caviler way they treat everybody like their doing you a favor by being there. I thought if I ever had a problem with this procedure how long would it take for them to fix it or would they simply say we're backed up you'll have to wait. I guess when you have numbers of people coming in you don't have to worry about quality. I recommend Buyer Beware!
