Castle Rock Jewelers made a ring for me & I paid a pretty penny to have the stones custom set.... after only a year the ""lifetime"" setting that was assured that it would last 50+ years was shot. I brought the ring back in to have a loose stone fixed & they want to charge me $180 to re-tip the prongs... up until I threw a fit & explained that they are the ones that pronged it in the first place. Only after a battle were they willing to stand by their ""lifetime""... then it took 10 days longer than the 2 week time frame to get it back. I'm not impressed.... nor will I be back
