DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Worst experience ever at a dental office. Castle Dental Center is poorly managed, disorganized, the wait time is ridiculous, and the employees are rude, scatter-brained, poorly trained (if trained at all), don't listen or communicate well, and can't think for themselves. Had to spell my first and last name three times for the receptionist, who appeared to be on drugs. Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early, After filling out exhaustive paperwork, I waited over an hour to get a simple teeth cleaning, even though there was only one other person in the waiting room, and there were three dentists on duty that day. Ended up wasting 1 1/2 hours of my time and leaving without getting my teeth cleaned due to the incompetence of Castle Dental Center's employees, as well as their ridiculous policy concerning mandatory x-rays for everyone who walks in the door. I found the entire staff friendly,helpful and courteous. I had a lot of work done including extractions, temporary plates, and permanent plates done. The pain care was exceptional and the follow up was a much better experience than I ever expected. I was really concerned about taking this step and your staff put me at ease and assured me of a positive outcome. I was super pleased with the results. more

Everyone at the office was very personal and addressed me on a first name basis. When I visited the office for the first time they got me into the office immediately and were able to process my Dental Insurance. Other dental offices had waiting lists and were unwilling to work with me. Overall it was a great experience at Castle Dental. more

The office is always so clean, and the staff are super courteous! I really appreciate the system they have set up, so that those without insurance still have a discount to help pay for dentistry making it possible to go more often! Based on their advice I had my two front teeth fitted with veneers. I have had a terrible experience every since that procedure. First the right veneer came off twice, within the first year of its initial application. Now the left veneer has come off for the third time in the last three weeks. \r \r I went to another dentist in Dallas (300 miles from my home) the first time and he claimed that the first dentist did a poor job of fitting these veneers. Now, after 4 more problems, I believe he was correct. \r \r I am appalled at my local Castle Dental office's service and will change dentist as soon as my insurance allows. My fear is that I will need to spend another $2000 to have corrected veneers placed on my teeth. more

I called to get an appt. and went through TONS of hassle to even speak to someone. They transferred me probably 5 different times and I was on hold for nearly 1/2 an hour. Then when someone did answer they were rude. I actually made an appointment being that this was the only ortho open on Saturdays and asked where the location was and for directions. The answer she gave me was "I have no idea, I can give you their phone number and you can call them to find out"..OMG....how do they not know? So I call the actual center and they tell me the physical address. I ask for directions mentioning I just moved here and she repeats the city and physical address again. I told her nevermind I'd use the internet to find out. UGH!!!!!!!!!! We'll see what it's like when I get there. The employees were useless. PROS: Open on Saturdays CONS: Customer Service HORRIBLE more
