I had been searching for a specific 2008 Impala w/ spoiler, sunroof, and low miles. I live in Springfield, Mo., and wasn't having any luck locally. After searching within a 500 mile radius, I found the perfect car, plus leather interior. The only down fall it was 500 miles away. However, after doing some research I realized even after the traveling expense, I was still saving money purchasing the vehicle. I emailed the company and they were very quick in responding back with every question I had. They provided every detail and I felt comfotable enough to make the trip. When I arrived at the airport the also made special arrangements on picking me up...Once I got to the dealership everyone was very nice and helpful making me feel at home. I have had my Impala about a month now and love it...I am extremely happy and look forward to doing more business with this company...Thank you Che for all your assistance it was greatly appreciated!!! more

We were looking for a 2 year old, low mileage, CTS or STS Cadillac. We searched the internet looking at dealerships and private sales. We hopped on the Harley to go look at one a Sunday evening. We got to Castle in North Riverside and found a black, low mileage CTS that was worth the 80 mile drive. On Wednesday we called and went back to look at in depth and found it prepped for us in show room clean condition. more

I bought a used Mazda 5 from them about a month ago. I felt I was getting a good car at a reasonable price. When I test drove it there was some shaking in the steering and there was a bit of a mess in the back storage compartment. They said that they would resolve this. I also asked if the recall had been taken care of on the vehicle and they stated that it had. When they gave me the car to take home the mess was not cleaned up, they said that they couldn't get it clean, and they said that the steering issue was resolved. On my hour drive home I realized that the steering was still shaking. I figured that I could take care of the mess. more

My husband and I started shopping online for a very specific car (Impala LTZ) and spent approximately three days online looking. Two to three days contacting dealerships I had found and so many issues with all the ones I talked to. I happened to find the color and options I wanted with Castle and called to ask about the car. David Eisen was more than helpful and had everything approved and taken care of for us. I changed my mind when I found another car at Castle's sister dealership. David went to pick the other car up and have it ready when we arrived. We flew into to Midway from northeast Wyoming if that says anything about this dealership's staff and prices! David even picked us up from the airport! 1000 miles was worth it! Thank you David and Castle Buick and GMC!
