Cascade Florist

I ordered flowers from here a while ago and had to repeat the order numerous times, as well as my name and credit card number. The day the flowers were to be delivered the florist called my friend (who was receiving the flowers) and explained how someone ordered flowers for her, but they wrote down my name, phone number, and credit card number down wrong and asked my friend who it could have been. My friend listed a number of names before the florist recalled mine, but it completely ruined the surprise. My friend gave them my phone number so they could call and ask what my order was and credit card number was again. When I complained about them ruining the surprise they could have cared less.\r \r Also, my original review was rejected several times from Citysearch for ""inappropriate content"", but really it was because the review was negative and it was when owners paid Citysearch and filtered reviews to only include positive ones, which makes you wonder what kind of service you should actually expect. more

Great place to order flowers and very accommodating. Very friendly, helpful and patient staff! The price was fair and they made exactly what I had asked for. The flowers were beautiful. Highly, highly recommended more
