Serving Caribbean-leaning pan-Latin fare on the UES
Set in a vibrantly colored, manor-like space complete with a grand curved staircase next to an enormous peacock mural, Casabe Bistro Latino features a menu created by Executive chef Ricardo Cardona . His inspiration for the menu is a fusion of cuisine from South America, Central America and Spain. On the second floor the mojito lounge hosts live music performances such as Salsa and Flamenco,Thursday through Saturday.
