Listen dont move in ! I swear to you the management is HORRIBLE...this is the worst management ever , they are very money hungry to where the on site manager works with her tow truck fat boyfriend to tow peoples car's FROM THERE OWN ASSIGNED PARKING STALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!...rather they moved in a week ago or been here for 5yrs, they are'nt considered to ones or lifes circumstances...go to a building worth your money!... come on now its 2008 and no dishwasher's nor central air but your paying as if its a updated property just dont move here you will regret it ...... the on site manager has no people skills what so ever and is very unproffesional Pros: CAN HAVE PETS Cons: THE MANAGER IS MONEY HUNGRY more

I love this place!\r Itsa very cozy and animal/ child friendly place.\r Maintenance and staff are welcoming, you just have to be specific in what you want and they will get it done.\r The only people that make this place unfriendly are some of my neighbors,they have a bad case of not responding after you say hello.\r its just friendly old me. more

I am happy with the apartment in theory, but extremely unhappy with the management. They are never on the premises when I need them. It takes forever to receive any type of maintenence repair (some of which hasn't been done) and the paint job inside the apartment is horrible(three layers of paint which is peeling, all of which is under 1 month old). In other words, keep looking. Pros: Close to freeways, Close to stores Cons: Extra Parking-$50/mo, Gate controllers-$50, No utilities paid more
