Unfortunately one of the many businesses in Mena where the customer service personel act as though you have to kiss their $$$ to get waited on.\r
Took truck to this dealership's service department-Acurately diagnosed and quickkly repaired -THIS IS WHERE THE WARM FUZZY ENDS.\r
Over charged on bill for parts( 84.00 for an 11.00 part.) that 1) Did not need to be replaced 2) Had just been replaced prior to bringing truck in\r
3) Were replaced WITHOUT my prior approval.NOTE-There IS NO REPAIR PAPERWORK FILLED OUT AT THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHEN AUTOS ARE DROPPED OFF.\r
Went to cashier only to be met with " I dont know why you are telling me about this I cant do anything" Owner Bob Carver was setting in front of cashier when this was said.When I approached the owner his response was indifferent and apathetic.\r
Went into customer service area and was met with a couple of inapropriate magazines in the rack-One featured scantily clad women, featuring and article on the front " Sex Academy"\r
