I had been looking for a new car for months. I knew what I wanted and didnt want to settle for anything less. I found a SUV online at carson cars and contacted them to get more information. I spoke to David who was extremely helpful, he answered all of my questions without being pushy. I ended up buying it for what I wanted and enjoyed working with them. more

amazing 2/13/2012

I had a horrible experience buying from another ""used"" dealership & was frustrated & really didn't want to buy another vehicle but the one i was driving was falling apart let & right. Alberto & Sammy helped ease my mind & I got a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager with LOW LOW mi and in awesome condition for under $5k! I'm happy with my purchase, they are helpful, Tania (finance dept) is funny & very sweet, David watched my kids while I was test driving & overall I'd definitely go back again, and I encourage anyone who needs a vehicle to head in there, they won't pressure you but they will let you leave with a smile!! :) more

Top notch 12/12/2011

Its hard to find nice sales people. When we went into the dealership I didnt know what to expect. The staff were great and so friendly with our kids. They helped them feel comfortable while we waited. They even brought us all lunch. more

I had to bring my 4 kids with me to car shop since I dont have childcare on the weekends. They were so patient with all of my kids and found some of the owners sons toys for them to play with. They didnt seem uptight about my kids destroying their office. more

To be blunt, my credit sucks. I was tired of taking the bus. My friend told me about carson and I thought I didnt have anything to loose. I worked with finance and they were able to get me into a car, it's not my dream car but after I build my credit, I can get into something else. more

After I bought my car, I received a follow phone call, thank you card and calendar with a picture of my car in it. Thought that was a nice gesture. It's nice to see companies still out there that go the extra mile for their customers. more

Despite the hard times, it was still time for me to get a new car. I didn't know if Honda was a right choice until I spoke with Tori who insured me that I was making a good decision. The next step was financing, which was a breeze thanks to carson. I am happy and have no complaints. more

Hands Down Best Service 8/22/2011

Carson Cars did a great job getting me into our new truck. We have been jerked around by so many dealers in the past and they were very upfront about everything and made it a good experience for my wife and I. We have twins on the way and I had to get a work truck that would be big enough and safe enough that I could help my wife out by taking them to daycare when she has to start going back to work. They knew we werent looking to spend a lot of money on a work truck but it had to be something I would feel safe driving them around in. They put us into a nice F150 and were really happy with it. more

Good Experience 8/20/2011

My car broke down and I have less than perfect credit, I went into Carson not knowing what I would be able to find. They offered me in house financing which I didnt know anyone did anymore and they were able to help me get into a nice Audi. Im greatful they helped me out and understood I am a good person just had gotten injured and my credit suffered from it. more

Absolute Best Auto Dealer 8/20/2011

We purchased a car from Carson Cars last week and it was a really great experience. We recently moved to Everett and didn't know where to go at first. We just knew we wanted a reliable vehicle at a fair price. Like others, we do a ton of research for all of our big purchases and we're on a tight budget. After looking at several cars at different dealerships we felt like all of the dealers were super aggressive and unpleasant to work with. When we finally got to Carson Cars they were very friendly, they were not aggressive and were pleasant to work with. On top of the great service their prices were fantastic! We ended up getting a new BMW with low mileage and we stayed well below our original budget amount. more

Compasionate People 8/19/2011

I needed to buy a car for my daughter that just turned 17 and I was really concerned about my credit since my recent divorce from her dad. I didnt want to go into a dealership, find her a car that she loves and then be turned down (especially in front of my daughter) When it came time to pull credit I was sick to my stomache, not sure how it was going to turn out. They were very compassionate and respectful when discussing my credit. I will refer my friends and family any day. more

Very Affordable & Great Service 8/19/2011

My husband and I just moved to Everett and had left our old car back in Hawaii since the cost to ship it wouldnt make sense. We had been in the market for a few weeks and couldnt seem to find a dealership we would feel comfortable doing business with since we were new to the area. We saw Carson Cars on Hwy 99 towards Lynnwood and stopped to look at their selection. We began to walk around the lot and ran into to a nice guy who asked if we had any questions. We began to talk for almost 20 minutes just about our situation and life in general. The person we were speaking with showed us a few cars and found a great looking Jeep that was perfect for us and how low mileage. We decided we wanted to buy the car and really liked who we were working with so we asked if we could buy the car through him. The man laughed and said sure, Im the owner! My husband and I looked at each other and were in complete shock that he took the time to answer all of our questions for us and help his customers. I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime and have never worked with an owner. Shows he takes pride in what he does and his business. more

These people (as in everyone AND the owner) sold my disable veteran father a lemon car. Not only did the car keep breaking down. more
