I have dealt with these people for years on all the cars I have owned. Every time I have a problem, I bring my car or have it towed to Carsmiths. They always take it in and look at it and give you a good estimate, and try to explain to you in layman's terms what is actually wrong with your vehicle. I have actually had them do things for free for me when they could have just lied and charged me a big amount of money. Once when a penny had made it's way under one of my power window switches and I thought it was broken. The guy just found the penny and told me no charge, and even gave me my penny back! What nice guys there. When they do charge you and you have to leave your car there, they fall short where many other places do; your car will be in the shop for longer than expected just about every time, and you will usually pay a small fortune for the work they do. This is not really a downfall because every shop is like this, but at least it is cheaper than bringing your car to a dealership for repairs.
