Great bike shop with great service. Locally owned/operated. I can assure you if you have an issue, they will make it right. Not sure why the two bad reviews, but if you'll go by and see them for yourself, you will see they are a great store with great bikes and a large selection. more

Good Service 5/24/2012

I have never had any part support issues or problems with service here. I probably go in 2-3 times a year and the staff is always nice and friendly. I have bought mower parts and had lawn equipment serviced and repaired here. I have also purchased Trek bikes here, they stand behind them 100%. Clint and the guys will always help you out. more

Don't believe the old reviews 11/28/2011

I noticed the reviews on here were all old. I will never buy a bike anywhere else. I did my homework on bikes when I got ready to buy. Trek is the bike I wanted to get my wife. I called Carr's from Texas. They were the most helpful and friendly people I spoke with anywhere. I drove 5 hours to pick up my wife's new Trek and the transaction was flawless. These people REALLY know bikes. I even decided to get one for myself and they made me a great deal on the bikes and accesories I wanted. I live 300 mile away but I will never go anywhere else for my bicycles, part or service. Thank you so much, Carr's. more

Buyer BEWARE!!! 5/13/2011

One of the worst customer service shops there is. You take in the part needed and model number of unit and they can't even tell you what part you need. Also they will give you a date for a part that you paid for to come in and it will not come in on that date. Was told my part would be in two days ago and still has not been received. They advise that they can not track the order it is shipped via UPS. I sopke with UPS and they said EVERY package they ship has a tracking number and can be tracked talk about some LAZY customer service not tracking an order per a customers request when they were told order was already supposed to have arrived. Do not go to Carr's Chain Reaction if you want to have service with your purchase. more

Horrible Bicycle Service 8/25/2009

I bought a bike there and the left crank arm fell off after a week of owning the bike i took it back and supposedly he put a new crank arm are on it, but it comes to find out he put a used crankset (partially stripped put threads) on it with miss matched crank arms (one 170mm and one 175mm) the bike was still under warranty, he should have put new OEM parts on it but instead put used parts that were worse than OEM. DO NOT BUY A BICYCLE HERE, go to highlander instead, you may pay more but the service is much better (how could it be any worse) Pros: Cheap Cons: Poor service after the sale more
