I had a question about a diamond that I have and what it was worth. Never once did they try to sell me anything or take advantage me as did the other six jewelery stores I went into before I came across Carroll's. I came across them because a gemologist on-line sent me a website to the AGS (American Gem Sociey) - and told me I can search for a reputable jeweler who is affiliated with AGS which means well trusted and have the highest standard. Wish I had this info before I had those horrible experience with the other jewelers. Guess what, very few jewelry stores in south florida are AGS affiliated. After all the research I have done, I wouldn't trust any other jewelry stores. Pros: American Gem Society Affiliated - Highest Standard Cons: NONE more
