If you are considering moving to Carrington Hills, just don't, find somewhere else to live. I lived in the complex for 18 LONG months and when I first moved in, I had very high expectations....In the end, I was disappointed. I knew the rent was a little pricey moving in but one of the benefits I thought I was getting in return for the higher rent was the security that goes along with living in a gated community. Ha!!! The gate was broken and open at least 10 months of the 18 months I lived there.
Parking was also ridiculous. I routinely had to park two buildings away from my apartment building when I came home from work. So basically, there's not enough parking for residents & their guests. Additionally, the water/sewer bills were outrageous. Only myself & my husband lived in the apartment and our water/sewer bill averaged $70 per month.
Bottom line, Carrington Hills did not live up to any of my expectations and unless there are dramatic changes, it won't live up to yours either.
Cons: Gate, Parking, Ancillary Charges
