Richard is amazing!! So polite and professional. My house was not in good shape having neglected carpet and upholstery cleaning for quite some time. I called Carpet Pros on the recommendation of a friend. Richard got back to me right away and was able to do both services quickly. I was thrilled with the results and will definitely continue to use Richard and Carpet Pros for all of the services they offer! more

Good work 2/12/2013

Have used Carpet Pros twice, it is a safe product and with the portable Pro, no problem cleaning condos where other companies could not reach. Would like to try them out for hardwoods. more

Good carpet cleaning 10/10/2012

They were extremely impressive on their visit to our home. Every care was taken to get the carpets perfectly clean, including dealing with bad pet damage and food stains from baby boys. Great attitudes and knowledge matched with good processes actually made it seriously fun to have them over to clean our carpets. more

On time and great service! He showed up on time and got out my dog stains which were driving me crazy. Very honest and explained everything he was doing. He also used non-toxic solutions and let me read the container. Great! more

Carpet Pros 3/7/2012

Carpet Pros were great and so friendly! They were right on time and spent almost two hours cleaning my furniture by hand. The money was well worth it and my furniture looks like new! I would recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely be using them in the future. more

Awesome service 3/7/2012

These people are awesome. I rescheduled three times and they didn't so much as sigh about it. They arrived on time, were professional, so friendly to our kids and dog, and were so nice about moving everything I asked about. They really cleaned well and our carpets are SO soft! This is our second time using them and I will not use anyone else. They were great!!! Don't think twice - just call them. Great, reasonable price too!! Love them! more

Good Work 7/16/2005

I took a chance and called here to have my carpets cleaned. Like they say go by your first instinct. Sure glad I did on this. They came out and cleaned all my carpets. Very good work, and nice guys. Price wasn't bad either. Now I know who to cal in the future. PROS: Professional service CONS: couldn't really say of any? more
