Carpet Police

These guys are great. The tech was right on time and got right to work. He was very kind too. My dog does not like men in uniform so he actually changed out of his uniform so that my dog was happier and not freaking out. Most people don't care. I am very pleased with the work that was done to fix my hardwood floors. I would recommend Carpet Police to anyone. Thank you guys for your hard work more

Friendly employees work hard and get the job done. I was happy that you were able to squeeze me into a slot that worked for me. The carpets get cleaned very well when I need them cleaned, the technician was extremely professional and kind.You removed stains I thought would never come out. Thank you! more

My name is Rondo Rawlings Im the former manager for the Carpet Police, I have to tell all of you that ALL of these positive reviews are not real reviews. We recieved a few really bad reviews (which are all true) and the owner DAVID BEDFORD wanted to drown out the bad reviews with good FAKE reviews so he had me make fake email accounts and write fake reviews. just look at the dates of reviews, there all really close together. He wanted me to write a couple a week. This company is not what it seems. He will charge you waaaayyy more than what the work is worth. He dilutes the chemicals, sprays water as ""protector"" and will lie to anyone and everyone. He hasnt given a single raise to any of his employees in years and takes advantage of people. Forces the techs to work with 60+ hours with NO OVERTIME and was recently forced to pay fines by the az dept of labor for mistreating his employees. All true stories. Obviously hes still writing fake reviews, also look at all the review sites. Theres the same reviews just copy cut pasted to all sites so he gets ""higher ratings"" Hes deceptive, do not use this company more

They did a great job at my house and my moms. They even gave me a discount for scheduling both jobs in the same day. Saved me and my mom about $75.00. Pros: Did a great job more

They did a wonderful job. My carpets are cleaner than they have ever been and they were fair on the cost. I also liked that they were running about 30 minutes behind and called me to let me know. Pros: honest, hard working, great employees Cons: Loud truck more

The company I originally hired never showed up? So I got in the phone book and called carpet police. Ive used the same guy for 2 years and was a little hesitant to use another company. I was shocked at the diffrence in service and quality these guys showed me over my old carpet cleaner. They used little plastic stands to guard my walls, and wore bootys while in my house. They were very polite and respectable. The carpet took a little while to dry but it was raining for a few days. I would definently recommend carpet police. Pros: Honest, informative, GREAT JOB Cons: None I could see more

These guys did a great job cleaning my rugs. My puppy had a few accidents on the carpet and they got it cleaned up the same day I called. I could tell the technicians knew what they were doing and they were very proffesional. The last company I used the guy smelled like cigarette smoke. Technicians were 3 hours late. I got a call from owner saying ""They were having truck problems"" When the technicians got here they told me that the oner had added on another job, thats why they were late. THE OWNER IS A LIAR, this isnt my first bad experience with this company. First time I used them the OWNER DAVID BEDFORD, quoted me $87.00 it ended up being over $200.00.
