Carpet Man Pro Flooring Inc

For those reading this rating of my experience, STOP! CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH ‘CARPET MAN PRO INC.’ You have just three days to do it to get all your deposit back; they can not keep a penny. On January 31, 2017 ‘Carpet Man Pro. Inc. lost in court against me but they were not reprimanded for all they did wrong which was price gouging (asking for more than a project is worth by overlapping measurements plus the 5% and charging high above standard price for materials) and ordering excess of unused and unneeded material (this is the material they will take and use for their next project without offering you credit, if they leave it that also clearly shows they did not need to order the excess material). ‘Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ claims they have a picture on their site of my floor. This picture is what was seen in court but the photo was altered to show dark panels where there were none. My floor, with engineered hardwood, does not have a balanced look as I asked from the start. This was a request that should have been on my contract, which they purposely failed to do. ‘Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ supervisor Dave, who I only saw once each day, assigned a subcontractor named Juan. Juan brought with him Miguel (Miguel spoke no English) and could not converse any English words with me. The subcontractors installed the flooring and refused to let me see or walk on it until they were finish which was the second day. That is when I noticed what they had done was incorrect. I brought it to their attention. Juan nodded his head and Miguel would never say a word to me. I brought it to the attention of Dave the supervisor who wanted to charge me extra for work I found out would compromise the integrity of the floor and as a contractor he known this. I came to realized that ‘Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ should reimburse me. At that time ‘Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ refused to correct the errors the proper way. Don’t do business with ‘Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ they seem nice but they are sneaky and terrible for the customer. They were also in violation of the California State Business and Professional code #7159 referencing ‘Proper Contract Preparation and Down Payment’ that is within the ‘Contractors State License Board’ (CSLB) policy. They are ‘Pros’ on how to trick you. It’s in their name. I rate “Carpet Man Pro Inc.’ with an ‘F’ for Failed! Don’t let them fail you or your friends. Pass the word. more

We went to Carpet Man Pro Flooring Inc. because we wanted new carpeting in our home. I had shopped around quite a bit and I heard that this company has the best prices and really great customer service. I heard right. They installed the new carpeting in the entire upstairs and the stairway. We are very happy with the service we got from Carpet Man Pro Flooring. The installers were polite, friendly, and very professional. They did a great job. We would use them again and would also recommend them to others. more

Carpet Man Pro Flooring basically came out, measured and had the carpet installed within 10 days. They did a great job. The workers were polite and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. It was everything I could have wanted. more

Carpet Man Pro Flooring is a great company. All of the people there are easy to work with, and they're all very accommodating. They were able to get the job scheduled quickly and showed up on time. They showed me all the samples they had of what I was looking for, and they were all available for a reasonable price. more

Carpet Man Pro Flooring Inc. are awesome! They responded very quickly and they met their deadlines. They were very fast and efficient at putting the carpet and flooring and they were great about cleaning up afterwards at the end of the day. They followed up, they made sure that everything was going okay and the owner came out to make sure that everything arrived properly. They were very, very efficient. Their communication was excellent. This was my first time using them and hopefully I wont need to use them again but if I did I would absolutely call them. I re-carpeted my whole house and I would recommend them highly. more

I got carpet from Carpet Man Pro Flooring years ago that was a five-star experience, so I recommend them to everybody. I've kept their number in my phone book, and my cousin and several friends have since gotten carpet from them. I'll always use them. It was a small world when David came recently and, instead of pewter grey, we went with the multicolored carpet that matches my linoleum they did years ago. Greg installed it and David was out here several times. The carpet also has a memory foam pad and changes colors when the light hits it. more

I really liked the quality of carpeting I bought from Carpet Man Pro Flooring. I got over 5,000 square feet of it. They installed it for me, and the installation went well. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more from this company, and I would most definitely use them again in the future if I needed flooring again in the future. more

This was my first time using Carpet Man Pro Flooring. I liked their prices and that they were quick and efficient. They did about 600 square feet of carpeting. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future. more

We hired Carpet Man Pro Flooring to replace the upstairs carpet and it was about 1000 square feet. The two workers who came to install it were courteous, helped us move the furniture, and were fast to clean up after themselves. They kept us in the loop the entire time, e.g. when they were going to lunch they let us know, and we appreciated their professional mannerism. They also kept the doors closed while they were working to keep the house cool for us since it was such a hot day. I've never had a company like this, they were absolutely flawless and it took them two days to complete the installation, we really enjoyed having them in our home. Dave Sinclair, the owner, was wonderful throughout the entire process. He helped us choose our carpets and did the estimates for us himself. He made the experience very homey and it was excellent. We're happy with the service and work they did, we'll be using them again in the future! more

We had upstairs and downstairs carpet installed by Carpet Man Pro Flooring and they did a really good job. The carpets were tacked on right and it was an easy procedure. They were fast with the installation and they had a really good selection, we love the carpets we picked out! We'll use them again for all of our flooring needs. more

We love Carpet Man Pro Flooring. They worked so hard and did the most beautiful job ever. It was the most perfect floor. The installers were very receptive to questions. I couldn't recommend them more, I really couldn't. It was so wonderful. They are a very, very nice company. We had more than a positive experience with them. I can't say enough good things about them.They did such a terrific job for us. They went the whole nine yards and we will definitely use them again in the future for our flooring needs. more
