Carpet Man Pro Flooring is very professional. Their installers came and everything was done perfectly. The lines matched straight up and down the hallways and from one room to another. There were no waves on the carpet itself, and all of these were big issues that we were on the lookout for. They have excellent customer service, and they call you back within 5 to 10 minutes if they're not available. They're just awesome, and I've already recommended them to 3 other friends. They have very good pricing that was comparable and better than other places. They're a local, privately owned company, and they're simply top of the marks in my book. Pat Maciel more

I'm not very happy with the job. 6/11/2014

When I first contacted Carpet Man Pro Flooring, they were very polite and professional. However, I wasn't really happy with the flooring. There were many issues with the flooring that I found. When they left, I thought they would clean it up and make it shine, but it was very splotchy. We were having a hard time keeping the dust off and try to keep the good parts that were lost. There were also a lot of spots on the floor, and you can see points when looking at it in a certain way. I explained to the company what I saw, and they convinced me that everything is fine and that it was normal since the floor is not flat. However, I still feel like it could be improved. more
