A Fantastic Carpet Experience! 11/29/2009

Javaid is truly an honest and knowledgeable rug expert. In my husband's and my indecision regarding the ""right"" carpet for our living room, he allowed us to take one home, and if it didn't work, we could bring it back and start again----He has the great skill and sensitivity to guide us to make the right choice...The rugs are gorgeous, and the real deal. The store is beautiful, like another world, and very suited to display these beautiful carpets. We are proud owners of 2 fabulous carpets that Javaid helped us to purchase. Best quality carpet at resonable price 11/2/2009

Recently I shifted in SOHO and me and my wife spent days deciding for interiors. The living room is quite big. what should we buy to make it look beautiful and at the same time spacious ? we just came across this store as walk - in and really we are impressed by their wide range of collections. I got 2 carpets and I am getting complements from all friends visiting. I am more happy as my wife is happy. I would recommend all guys who love their wife or girls friends to present them a bful carpet for living room. I am sure girls gonna like this gift as they spend so much time cleaning and designing their house. Pros: good collection and options available more

The best Carpet Restoration in NYC 10/31/2009

My mother gifted me her antique Tabriz rug she lived with more than forty years. The rug had two holes and worn edges. I took my rug to carpet culture for restoration. They did an outstanding job. Best customer care. Helpful owner. Pros: Manhattan's best antique,new and oriental rug repair. more

I am so happy I found Carpet Culture rug shop in Downtown Soho. They have an excellent selection of rugs, their prices are reasonable than other rug stores. I am glad how amazing repair job they did to my moth damaged rug. It was a wonderful experience to see how the ladies were fixing my rug. Great services of rug restoration in Manhattan. Our water damaged rug was really in bad shape. My wife did a google search and found Carpet Culture rug store in Soho Downtown NY. They took care of our rug and did an excellent job. Amazing Selection - Perfect Customer Service!!!! 8/16/2009

Javid is one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. He is polite, professional and is also the designer for some of the modern rugs that Carpet Culture carries. They also have 100 year old Persian rugs, which are absolutely spectacular. We have 2 in our home and they always help us with the cleaning and are wonderful to deal with. Can't go wrong here 8/7/2009

Brought a carpet to get cleaned that I bought in Morocco. It didn't smell so bad there as it did here. Anyway, the carpet was of poor quality and faded through the cleaning process. My wife was not happy. Carpet Culture tried to make a similar one but no luck. In the end, my wife picked any carpet she wanted because the owner insisted on making her happy. I'm sure the store took a loss because of us but they didn't seem bothered at all. The most exceptional customer care I have ever received. Thank You ! Pros: Most helpful Owner ever! more
