Fantastic customer service and great prices 4/29/2012

When we moved to the Carolinas we sold all of our furniture. About 6 months before our move I interviewed a number of furniture stores looking for someone to help me furnish a whole house. My greatest concern was finding someone who worked with the manufacturers I liked but most of all I was looking for a company with great customer service. I have worked with furniture stores before and had always been frustrated with the customer service. We have just completed furnishing my entire home. Richard had Sara work with me for the entire process. We poured over catalogs, put together lists and had numerous orders. My husband and I were amazed at the fantastic prices. My furniture started arriving when we closed on our house, just as we planned. As usual, there were a couple of blips but Carolina Rustica was right there taking care of everything. Everything was ordered and delivered beautifully. I cannot say enough about how wonderful EVERYONE at that store is. They respond to calls, and emails promptly. It might be to just say I am calling to check on this, but I always knew what was happening. If you are wanting to buy furniture, give Carolina Rustica a call and see what they can do for you. You will be well taken care of. more

Ordering furniture from Carolina Rustica was like having your best friend help you pick out your wardrobe! I have never before had such a wonderful, caring and thoughtful service provided to me in the difficult process of ordering furniture for an entire home. All of Carolina Rustica’s employees went out of their way to assist me and they did it in a manner of grace, great patience, and a truly professional knowledge of their product; they understand how difficult it can be for an ordinary person to choose from hundreds of different styles and manufacturers. When my contractor informed me that our house would take a few months longer than we were expecting Carolina Rustica came to my rescue and kindly stored my furniture until we could take delivery. What more can I say…., this is a company who offers a terrific service, great advice, wonderful furniture, fantastic shipping & delivery, and all at the best price you can find! more

Great value for iron beds 7/8/2010

Customer service was really great. Answered all my questions and then some. Stone County bed is really well made. Very substantial. Pros: Customer service! Thanks! Cons: did not experience any more

Wonderful Selection 11/24/2009

The store is beautiful set in a renovated turn-of-the-century mill, providing true character to all of the wonderful furniture and lighting products displayed in the store. The Wine Chiller I ended up getting is excellent quality and has served its purpose through many parties and still looks great! Pros: Wide Variety, Unique Store Cons: Out of the Way Location more
