Poor service Profit first 12/12/2009

I have a disabled child that has been given poor service for a couple of years now. This company makes thousands of dollars in revenue from my child. I feel that if we gernerate that much revenue we should get 1st class service. The slow and poor service comes from people that really dont know what it takes to find the right equipment for your child. I have had equipment purchased that did not work and now it is a dust collector. This has not happened once it has happened mutiple times. We had to have a stander and it was sized wrong and we had to wait 2 1/2 years before we could get another one. What a waste of public funds and our time from sales people who dont truely realize the problems they create. They dont try to get it right!!!! They just say we will have to deal with it because we cant return it. Pros: Use to be a great company Cons: Poor service from the top to the bottom more

Another example of those who fail to treat the Disabled... 6/19/2009

...with the respect they deserve.We have used this company for many years. They have recently started caring more about how much they can profit and less about the client. My child was fitted for a power wheelchair and it is not right. I can't afford another chair and my insurance company is not paying for another chair for another 7 years. They don't want to admit blame or correct the issue. They don't know what they are doing. They do not show or offer other options. They present the most expensive idea and expect you to pay that. You must figure out on your own what your child needs. The Support Staff is NOT knowledgeable, no longer prompt, and lack friendliness. Pros: Use to care about the client first Cons: Only interested in how much they can profit NOW!!! more
