Extremely knowledgable and excellent service after the sale. 5/29/2012

We have 3 large rock fireplaces in our home. After loosing power for 10 days in 2006 and the wood burning fireplaces providing little to no heat, I visited Carolina Hearth and Patio. I found Kathy and Scott to be so knowledgable as far as what would work best for us. We had three sets of gas logs installed and closed the venting. We use them every night in the winter for added warmth both in temperature and ambiance. Later that same year, I had them install gas logs at my father's home. We have Carolina Hearth and Patio service our logs once a year. We've had absolutely no problems. It is wonderful to find a company with such high ethical standards. more
