Carl Frankel, M.D. is a wonderful and talented pediatric eye doctor whose outlandish remarks makes children giggle and as a result not be upset about the eye examination. The staff is terrific not only in performance of their jobs but also in dealing with the children. The facility is clean and neat, very functional and the treatment so very very good. If your child has a vision problem I highly recommend this physician.
