Dr. Carl's practice is by far the best dental practice I've been to. Starting with the front desk- the ladies there are so friendly and seem to know every patient by name. They have helped me tremendously in dealing with my insurance company. They are professional, from their manners to their clothing, and are very knowledgable about their job. Pros: Friendly, thorough, compassionate, clean office Cons: Pricey, but you get what you pay for! more

Dr Carl has state of the art equipment which allows him to replace a cap/crown in one visit. No temporary crowns!\r Staff is extremely friendly, office is clean, dentist is knowledgeable. more

I have been seeing Dr.Bradford Carl since 1993 when I stopped going to a pediatric dentist.Also, Dr.Carl had done an orthodontic analysis one year earlier,so I started to see him. He has been treating my entire family since we moved from Silver Spring,Maryland to Monterey in March 1987. He saved my parents a fortune on my orthodontics because he did them instead of an orthodontist. Just going to Dr.Carl's office is a pleasure for me. Dr.Carl's office staff treats me the way they treat family. Double that,just coming to Dr.Carl's office is a vacation when I'm having teeth cleaned(both Jill and Jessica have always been willing to discuss my problems will they clean my teeth.) To sum it up,going to the dentist can actually be fun and relaxing. Thank you Dr.Bradford Carl! more

This guy has a television in every examining room...unfortunately the TV's are not for the clients. Dr. Carl likes to glance-away every so often to see what's happening on the tube. Watch out if there's a golf match on, because chances are he'll botch your teeth just like he did mine! I went in for a simple procedure and have been in total pain and discomfort ever-since! Fact is I didn't really need any of the work he "suggested". I can't believe how arrogant this guy is. Be sure and look out for the "list" of things Dr. Carl recommends after doing his routine exam. He manages to work very-quickly (not something I appreciate in a dentist). I want someone that cares. This guy doesn't give a hoot about his patients-just about the almight dollar. He's got a great little sales scheme going and seems to be able to cover his "mistakes". BEWARE!!!! Pros: Nice Staff. Cons: Doesn't Pay Attention! Does Not Care About Patient! Careless! more
