We have been VERY satisfied with our agent, Joyce. However, the people answering the phones at the Carey Guarrera office were annoyed because their sign in our yard for our house TO RENT brought in numerous phone calls and they complained to mgt.! So the owner TOLD us to lower our price or he was having their advertising sign taken down! So we advised him that having a sign in our yard was part of the understanding of our contract and he would not be entitled to his fee of the first mos. rent. So, they decided to cancel our contract. This is not only a dumb business decision, poor PR, unprofessional, obvious his employees do not appreciate the fact they have a job and others are looking for work, dictate how his business is run not him and apparent he does not care about all the free marketing and interest in his company our house brought to them for possible future business. We are happy to change companies. Can you imagine being treated this way by a company you hire to market your house for rent and because it brings in a lot of interest they start to tell YOU what to charge for your rent! Ridiculous, they have lost their prospective on how to run their own business, never mind telling me how to conduct mine! NOT SATISFIED WITH OWNER/MANAGEMENT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Call someone else. more

I was very impressed with the fact that I always got a call back from the go-getter agent that i used. She would phone me back whether it was 9 am or 9 pm within the next hour. Very friendly and got the job done to sell and buy my houses. I strongly recommend. Depending on the agents availability, you may have to work with other agents so if you're used to one style... you may have to get used to another (if your agent is away on vaca/business, etc) more

I have used this real estate agency for the last 20 years. The first agent we had was the best. She found exactly what we were looking for and never pushed us into buying anything (she has since retired) I have dealt with two other agents who were very pushy and one from this agency actually tried to take us away from the other and this was from her own agency!! One of the agents that we were dealing with was never available and always seemed to be away on vacations or going away on the weekends. The agent that filled in for her was excellent but she was only a backup! The owners are very knowlegable and friendly. I would do my homework with different agents in this agency before signing on with anyone. more
