They will overbook like the airlines hoping that one appointment won't show up, then when they both do, patients wait for a very long time and then it throws off the whole schedule for the day. Thus the rest of the day's patients also have longer waiting periods. Do not choose this practice you'll regret it!! Go somewhere else!!
