My truck stalled on Hwy 10 east of Rice while I was pulling my work trailer. The owner of the residence I was in front of suggested I call CarCo to tow my vehicle and have them look at what was wrong. Minutes after I called they had a tow truck come get me and my truck and brought me to their huge shop. They drove the tow truck with my truck and trailer right into their building and had a tech do the diagnostic right away. It turns out I had some bad injector wire connectors on my Duramax engine, which they had in stock and installed while I waited. The price of their service was good and I was on my way down the road. Keep up the good work all you guys at CarCo. more

I purchased my vehicle from CarCo and they have a great and personal staff. When I purchased my vehicle there was no pressure and I bought the vehicle I wanted. Everything was explained to me about the vehicle and their finance department took care of everything. The next time I need a vehicle or service work done CarCo will be my only consideration. more

I had my trailer tire blow out on U.S. Hwy 10 North. The business that I was in front of recommended I call Carco to get a new tire put on. The guy came at in about ten minutes and I was on the road within a half hour. These guys are a blessing for helping me out in a place where I didn't know what to do. Thanks more

I just purchased a Toyota Hybrid from carco and they did a great job repairing the car. They showed me the repairs that they made to the vehicle, and included the first six month of period service. My son bought his car from carco some time ago and they had a good experience, so that is what prompted me to choose them. Now I have to see how good the Hybrid does on fuel economy. I just took delivery of my new utility truck from Carco for my business. Thanks to all the guys in the shop and up front who helped me make my ideas into a usable work truck. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks me where I got my truck. Oh... and thanks for the great price on the wheel simulators, couldn't find them for your price anywhere. more

I recently was traveling on HWY 10 to the west when my vehicle struck some debris on the road and damaged two of my tires. I contacted OnStar with my vehicle to get some help, and they said a tow truck would be sent out in 20 minutes. The tow truck arrived and the driver asked me to get inside the tow truck for my saftey before loading my vehicle. When we arrived at Carco's repair facility the tow truck driver brought us up to the front office and introduced us to the service writer. After completing the check-in process their staff took our vehicle in the shop and replaced our tires in less than one hour. That is what I call service! With the help of OnStar and Carco we were back on the road fast. Thank you CarCo and keep up the good work. more

My keys got locked in my vehicle at the gas station, so I asked the clerk who they recommend to unlock car doors. They said to call CarCo, so I called and they sent out a truck. The doors were unlocked in my car within minutes and I was back on the road. CarCo is the best! more

I was referred to Carco for the purchase of a new tow truck by a friend. These guys had a low miles chassis and a tow truck body they built for me, which I had painted to my company color. They had great suggestions for emergency lighting (which I put on the truck and its brighter than most law enforcement lights) and installed custom brackets and hangers for tools and equipment. The truck works great guys and the next time I am ready for a new unit I'll be sure to call. Thanks more

My 2011 Audi left me stranded on the side of the road on highway 94 near Avon. My roadside assistance called for a tow and carco came out to help me. My car still had factory warranty, so the plan was to have it towed to a dealership in the twin cities. I was a Friday afternoon and I also needed a way home too. After arriving the tow truck driver listened to my situation and asked if I would want them to look at it back at their shop. I agreed, if they could fix the problem I would be on my way again. After returing to their shop, a technician checked out the car with a computer and found a sensor code. The code was cleared from the car and I was on my way home. I was able to bring the Audi to the dealership on my schedule. Thanks a bunch guys. more

I was looking to update my older medium duty flatbed truck. So, I started searching for a new used truck with low miles. The internet has been a good place for me to find other things in the past, and thats where I went to look for a truck. I came accross carco auto from an ad and went to their website. After looking at the inventory they had, I discovered they had a truck that would fit my companies needs. Their website was very well layed out and I emailed a saleman some questions about the truck. It was the next day before they responded, but he answered all my questions and gave me his cell number to call if I wanted to talk more about the truck. The next day I made sure I had financing to make the purchase, and called him back. After talking with Tom for a while, I found out they are a family business and custom built trucks for customers all over the country. Making this short(er) we came to an agreed price and arranged to have the truck delivered to my location. Upon the truck getting to me, it was just as described and I am very happy with my purchase. Carco will be my first choice for my next truck I need. more

I called on a Shuttle Bus they had listed on Craigslist. I was told $16,500 over the phone. I was prepared to offer $15,700 upon arrival. They pulled the classic ""bait and switch."" The price changed to $18,800 ($20,400 with tax, title, license, etc.). I agreed with the salesman upon $19,355 to close the deal. Salesman Brad did a great job (nice guy) discussing his knowledge of the bus. The manager Mike agreed upon the $19,355. A phone call to the owner netted a response of $22,000 plus taxes, etc. I finally offered $20,000 ""out the door"" including an oil change, transmission fluid drain/fill, and a decent wipe down of the interior. They still didn't do the deal. This shop has poor ownership and utilizes slimy used car tactics. I will not be buying the bus unless they honor the 19,355 price originally agreed upon. It's implied the owner will call on Tuesday. more

I was in the market for a new work truck for my company, and was reffered to carco auto. On a Saturday I had some time to see what carco had in stock for a truck. After a little while of looking at the trucks they had in stock, I found one that was almost exactly what I wanted. There were a couple of things that I wanted added, some lights, toolboxes, and a custom product carrier. The guys at carco made it easy for me to customize the truck with the items I wanted installed and had it done the next day. I would refer anyone who asks me where to find a great work vehicle to Carco. more

This place will sell you junk! They take your money and agree to take care of issues with the vehicle so they can make the sale and the minute you are out the door , they don't know you! This is their standard business practice, please read the complaints against them on the BBB home page or ripoffreports , I personally plan to report them to the Attorney general and hopefully someone will start looking closer at their business! more
