Carbon Valley Eye Care

This was my first visit to Carbon Valley Eye Care. I have lived in the area for a few years, but had been seeing another eye doctor near my work. I wanted to try them out since they are close to home. They were great on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. It was great going right around the corner for my exam. The staff was very nice. I didn't wait at all. Dr. Wright was very sharp and took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes (I had some issues). My glasses are great. I will be switching my eyecare here, along with my family. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Wright's for 5 years. I am a high prescription contact lens wearer, and have been for pretty much my whole life. I don't normally write online reviews, but after reading the other review here, I felt that the practice deserved a fair shake.\r \r Dr. Wright has always been super friendly, very professional, and takes the time to work with me. I know I am a difficult patient, and have a hard time finding contacts that work for me. But her staff is very patient and knowledgeable. And they really will go the extra mile to take care of me.\r \r They have offered to have my contacts sent directly to me, at no cost. However, it is only one mile from my house, and I would rather go in and say hi to everyone when I pick up my contacts.\r \r Everyone who wears glasses and contacts knows that you don't get them in overnight. But, they have always been good about getting my order to me asap.\r \r I love this place, and will continue to take my family here. Pros: location, service, hi-tech more

glasses promised to me in 6 day prior to my leaving the state.. When they did not arrive John offered to mail them to me out of state when they did arrive. ""for a small $84 order I cannot overnight them or refund your money""!!! more
