After spending approximately ten minutes placing my order with a CSR, he advised me to call back later to inquire about my order and that he had already put me in the system and there would be no need to go through getting all my personal info. again.
That was a laugh! I called back that day and one of the RUDE CSR transferred me, without even telling me she was going to. Then, the next CSR I spoke with, apruptly told me that she didn't even have a male in customer service, so she had no idea who I spoke to, and that she'd need ALL of my information again! (She made me feel as if I were lying about calilng the first time).
I love their clothes, and swimwear, but their CSR leave a LOT to be desired. They need classes in manners and etiquette.
