Car Max Auto Superstore

Almost no customers on a Friday night. Lots of staff around. No service. We were there for 30+ minutes and were walking out when we received a call from the front saying a sales associate was now available. We had already been to the farthest point in the lot looking at the cars we were interested in. However, without an associate they were all locked so didn't see much. By now, Carmax was going to be closing in 5 mintues, so we left. We live on the other side of town from this Carmax, but we really wanted and needed to buy a car by the next day. Apparently, with no customers and10-15 sales people either hanging at the desk or walking around, none needed a sale. The one on our side of town have manners & helpful. Even though they were busy the Friday night before, we had someone show us cars within a minute of walking in. The one in Henderson has no excuse. Want good service? Go to the one on Sahara. THEY will help you. They can transfer any car from Henderson to their store.~Apparently, I dodged a bullet in Henderson! The Reviews here are horrible! more

The following revue was written after numerous attempts to get Car Max to stand behind a warranty MaxCare. Car Max did finally come through and pay the difference in question. The Ford Truck parts and equiptment was charging way too much. Thank you Car Max for coming through as you promised you would when we purchased the car.\r \r \r CARMAX NIGHTMARE BEGINS ONLY FOUR MONTHS AFTER A $14,000.00 PURCHASE INCLUDING FULL 36 MONTH "Bumper to Bumper" WARRANTY. BUYER BEWARE!!! We bought a 2001 6 cylinder Ford Mustang. within 4 months the differential threw a bolt creating havoc in the rear-end housing. CarMax told us they were back logged two weeks worth and that we should take it to "The nearest certified Ford service facility" as stated in their brochure and extended warranty instructions, which we did. CarMax after the fact refused to pay the full amount and DEMANDED WE PAY half of the diagnostic and repair costs despite their "BUMPER TO BUMPER" Warranty because they did not like the Ford ce more

I had to buy a new car a few years ago after someone tboned me and totaled my car. This place was so much better than my 1st car buying experience. They have a no hassle policy on price, what is advertised is what you pay. The salesmen were efficient and friendly and not pushy at all. I would definitely choose this dealership over any others in Las Vegas. They also have a wide variety of cars on site, and available for viewing over the internet. The only negative is that I bought a used car, and it was a little dirty, not pristine inside like a new car, there was what appeared to be food residue in the car. PROS: price no haggle CONS: more

usually when you walk on to a car sales lot you are overwhelmed with car sales men. here you arent they are very friendly not to pushy and let you do it at your own pace. great customer service and business. more

it is a great theory but the salesmen who werent supposed to be so annoying are becoming that way. if i have a question then ill come to ask it do not follow me all throughout the parking lot. and on top of that stop selling me on a car that is over my budget. the budget is there for a reason. more
