All reviews seem positive

Always do a great job. 5/3/2010

I started bringing my cars to Car Care Center in 1998. They have always done a great job. I have never had any problems with the work at all. I can get in and get it fixed right away. They also have Wi-Fi in their waiting room which is very nice. They have always been quite helpful. When my son had problems with his car he was able to call them, talk to them over the phone and even get a price quote. I definitely recommend them. Cherry Frame more

Car Care Center 2/19/2010

Car Care Center is the epitome of the top of the line car repair center. Car Care Center is a unique family owned business. The service is excellent; the mechanics attend regular training seminars in order to stay up to date on the ever evolving automobile systems. The shop and waiting area are meticulously clean and organized, and the owners Bill and Lynne Cardwell provide a friendly and courteous environment in which customers feel welcome. My car has always been repaired, or maintenance performed, on time and without the need to bring my vehicle back for some new problem that mysteriously cropped up after being ?repaired? at one of the many previous repair stations I have been to in a thirty year period of time. I am very grateful to Bill and Lynne for operating the unquestioned best repair center I have had the privilege of taking my car to. Pros: Great Professional Service more

I would not take my car anywhere else. 1/27/2010

I am very happy with Car Care Center because I feel that I can trust them. This is important because I have to rely on what they tell me I need for my car. I do not know what I would do without them. Car Care Center was highly recommended by my nephew who used to be in same business. I have been using their service for about 8 years now and they have kept my older car running, which is very important to me. I would not take my car anywhere else. Mona Barton more

Service I can trust 1/25/2010

The thing I like about Car Care Center is that you can trust the mechanics to look at your car the way you do. They'll give you good advice about whether or not it's worth fixing something. They're not going to recommend doing unnecessary work. Unlike many dealerships, the mechanics are NOT financially incentivized to sell repairs or do unnecessary work. more

Service you can trust! 1/25/2010

The thing I like about Car Care Center is that you can trust the mechanics to look at your car the way you do. We can take our new cars that are still under warranty to them for normal maintenance and they tell us when we should take it to the dealer for warranty work. Plus they help us make our cars economically last around 200,000 miles and advise us whether or not it's worth fixing something. Pros: Honest, Well-Trained, Professional, Reliable more

I have been using Car Care Center for so long now and, as far as I know, the quality is as good as it gets. They are honest and reliable. I am treated well when I go there. They have done mainly maintenance work on 2 cars for me over the years, but occasionally I go in for a repair. They are always available if I have a problem. more

They have been taking care of all my cars ( my kids'cars too ) since 1992 , like family ! I 'll continue to bring my car there as long as i stay in Sacramento. They 're trustworthy & very professional, always trying hard to help us in difficult situations. more

A bit pricey but good repairs 2/22/2007

I've had good repairs here over several years. I always get sticker shock when I get my car repaired here, but then I try to save money by going to cheaper companies and am unhappy with the repairs the other places perform. So, I keep coming back, because I'd rather pay more and get the repair done right the first time. They'd get five stars if I didn't feel like they got dollar signs in their eyes when I drove up. more
