I dropped off my leather purse for a simple clasp repair which, at the time of dropoff, I was told could easily be done. After 10 days (and no phone call), my husband came in to pick up my purse, only to be surprised that they couldn't find my item. When they found the bag, it was not fixed because Cappy's said it was too complicated and that he forgot to call to tell me about it. My husband suggested several alternative fixes, which Cappy's said couldn't be done. My husband then went to Home Depot, bought a simple tool, and fixed the clasp in 10 minutes. I will never go to Cappy's again nor can I recommend them to anybody who expects decent service!
