The guys installed central air and a new furnace for us today. Very professional and helpful. We were very appreciative of the great job they did for us.

Worst

I did my research in a part that was needed the part was 300$ end up paying over 1100$ I know they have to make some profit but 4x the amount never again will I use them

Smooth Experience. 11/14/2014

I have been a customer of Capital Heating & Cooling for a couple of years now. They help me with both business and personal use. They do checkups and perform maintenance about twice a year on my heating and air conditioning systems. Clayton is one of the technicians that has worked with me. He is a very nice person and has been able answer my questions. He works with me at two locations. I would recommend his services. more

Capital Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job. They are always prompt, polite, and very informative when I ask a question. They installed the units brand new last January, replacing the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. I say to give them a call. more

We bought our house in July, and recently (late October) our furnace was waking us up at night . When I called Capital Heating, they set up an appointment to do a check up on it. Mike came to service the furnace. He had a few concerns. One was that the furnace had been installed incorrectly the other was that our carbon monoxide reading was at a dangerous level. Needless to say, we wanted to talk to Capital's sales rep immediately about a new furnace.. A few hours later, Mike the sales rep came over and we discussed our options. The very next day, Capital sent Jason and Steve installed the new Rheem furnace. Good guys and very professional. Our heat is more evenly distributed and no CO. We appreciated the quick response and solution to our heating troubles. All the Capital guys demonstrated they were well versed in their fields: from diagnostics, to sales, to installation. First rate. If you have heating issues, I highly recommend you call Capital Heating. more

My tec was Pete, He was on time and gave me a quick check of my furnace which is on its last legs. Gave me a price for fixing and then a few options for a new furnace. Pleasant, on time, clean, and efficient is how I would describe the experience. Thank you more

Brent was very thorough and showed me all of the parts he had to replace, explaining how and why they were ready to mal-function. He signed me up for a year's of service for any future problems and to save me money on this service call. I am also interested in duct cleaning so he made a note to have me contacted when Capital begins to offer this service. more
